If buyers made a mistake in purchasing or realized the item is not the desired item, it can be returned to us in good resell condition and a 25% restocking fees applies.
Please note that the return must meet the following conditions:
Item(s) are returned successfully, in brand new and resalable condition, with all original accessories, with original packaging.
Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
Please be advised that we'll not be responsible for any loss/damages during return.
Buyers are responsible for any postage costs for returned products unless the unit was received defective on Arrival (DOA).
