Warranty, Return & Refund

Defective item on arrival (DOA)
In instances where items have been damaged during transit or defective item on arrival (DOA), the Customer MUST inform us within 3 days after receiving the item, if we are notified after the 3 days, we reserve the right to deny the claim for any warranty or physical damage during transit.

For LCD screens, cellphones, digital cameras and digital video recorders, fewer than 3 dead or light pixels or white /black sport are considered to be normal.

A new replacement will be provided if there are 3 or more dead or light pixels on the central position of the display (within 3 days upon arrival of the item).

Purchase mistake
If buyers made a mistake in purchasing or realized the item is not the desired item, it can be returned to us in good resell condition and a 25% restocking fees applies.

Returning the Product
We will guide you to return the item to our authorized warehouse in Hong Kong, Australia, United States or United Kingdom, shipping cost is responsible by buyers.

Refund
If a DOA item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the buyer. Refunds will be made to the payment method used for purchase.

Warranty

  • Back to base warranty.
  • Digital products come with 1 YEAR warranty service provided by BuyBuyBox. Accessories which come with the item are not covered by warranty.
  • NO WARRANTY FOR WATER DAMAGE. (including WATERPROOF products, e.g. cameras,  cellphones )
  • Warranty does NOT cover errors caused by improper usage of the product, out of its limitations and/or intended purposes.
  • If the product has been modified in any way, warranty will be void.
  • Buyers do not require any warranty documentations when claiming warranty. We have all purchase info in our database.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of a particular item such as accessories that are not required for the repair, please try to keep it with you while you sending the main item for repair.
  • Buyers will be responsible for the below costs if the fault of item is not covered by warranty:
      • The cost of having the repaired item shipping to you.
      • The cost of inspections.
      • The cost of repair.
  • Warranty service does not guarantee the protection of data within the item. Please take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your assets and property (including all software and data) and to minimize potential loss or disruption, including, where appropriate, making full backups of all your software and data and implementing virus checking controls.
  • Postage is not covered. Buyers pay for return postage.
